About Contractor Management

The online Contractor Management System underscores the Peabody commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone on our sites.

It allows contracting companies to self-register by entering their business details and providing information about the work they do for Peabody by completing a profiling questionnaire.

Contractors working on Peabody sites must first register in the Contractor Management System.

Contractors will also register and book their workers into inductions to allow them to safely access Peabody sites.

The system allows Peabody and its contractors to manage a shared duty of care on site.

Workers can be removed from your company by an administrator directly in the system. 1. How do I know if I need to register in the Peabody Contractor Management System?

2. How much does it cost to register?

Worker registration and inductions cost:

  • Individual registration: $123 + GST per employee annually, including training.
  • Replacement card: $30 + GST per card

3. Who do I contact if I have questions about the system?

4. How long are registrations and inductions valid for?

Worker registrations must be renewed every 12 months.

5. Can I fast track an application?

Yes, We offer an escalation procedure.

We understand that there are times when you’ll need your data application or access ID cards to be processed faster than our standard delivery time of two working days.

6. How do I renew?

The annual subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account at the time of renewal. If you are required to do an annual assessment, you will be notified to log back into Connect to resubmit.
